Jeff was a dedicated, hard-working member of the CMI family, a true jack of all trades responsible for everything from sewing machine maintenance to production. He was always lingering in the background, eager to help with whatever else needed to be done. Most anyone that climbs with a CMI harness, sewn runner, or rope bag carries Jeff's handiwork with them. Jeff recieved the diagnosis of cancer several months ago, and fought boldly until the end with his wife Ruby, who also works at CMI, at his side. CMI will be open our normal hours this week, but the hours of individual staff may vary. We thank you for your patience as we pause to celebrate the life of a dear friend and offer comfort to those left behind.
